The BBQ + Matsunabe Omakase course was very flavor and nicely presented. All the meats were of high quality and tasty over the charcoal grill. This course had a delicious appetizer of nicely dressed pork belly over a bed of celery. And last on my course was a pork ramen of authentic style. Keep in mind the portions are small but of high quality. The umeshu plum wine on the rocks was great too. Service was excellent: very courteous, prompt with food delivery and skilled in preparing the food at certain times of the meal. The night ambiance was quaint in spacing but stylized in decor; and the jazz music adds for a calming touch. A worthy place for Japanese BBQ.

The omakase was fantastic! The only issue was the ventilation; it was pretty stuffy and a little hard to breathe inside.

My favorite BBQ restaurant in town!! Only the best cuts of meat are served! The lean cuts Akami, in particular, are tender and of high quality. And love charcoal grills! Best Yakiniku restaurant

Food selection was really good. It’s not all you can eat fyi. We got the chef course. The ambience was very intimate not a lot of ppl. The food cooks slow so i would recommend this for business meeting or dates. I came with a family of 4. Overall experience 8/10 thank you again.

Amazing food in an authentic environment. Incredible service. Our waitress was named Asahi and she was very attentive and friendly. My friends had meat that they said was one of the best they’d had (and they are Japanese foodies) but the best part for me was that the chef created a vegetarian experience for me that was fabulous!
